Hello,
it's very urgent case because we can't fulfil the order right now and I hope if there is anyone who can help with the case. The dispatch center is not working properly. After clicking on the "arrow" button (image 1), the label is generated on DHL but the screen stock at image 2. Xentral does not fulfil the order and notifiy Amazon/Shopify/Kaufland. Does anyone have the same issue? Thanks!

@Nina Fürstmann I have opened a ticket over there already. I just want to know if there is anyone having the same problem. It’s really frustrating because the whole operation job is stock.


@Cheng-En  yes there is.

We do have the same problem from time to time.

If you double check, in the orders you will find the tracking id, but the status will not change.

so your orders are sent, but remain in the dispatch center?

That sounds really dangerous.
