Access blocked: xentral.com has not completed the Google verification process

Dringend benötigte Hilfe. Xentral kann plötzlich nicht mehr mit Google eingeloggt werden und dies ist die Fehlermeldung.

we reset the password of your user account.

You should be able to login with your email account and password and thus work normally.

Our colleagues from the development team will take a deeper look into the issue with the social login.

Our developers have examined your instance and its behavior. They were unable to identify any issues in the logs or replicate the problem.

 

It appears there may be a configuration issue in your Google account. Please refer to Google's Troubleshooting guide:

I’m quite disappointed with the reply.

  1. According to the error code and google’s guide, I should contact the developer, which is you (Check section 403_access denied). Have you checked the guide already? Did you simply think it has nothing to do with Xentral and ask me check the guide? How can you suggest that there’s a configuration issue without knowing or telling me what issue it actually is? I have no idea what I can do after reading your reply.
  2. If you can’t find the root cause, at lease there’s a way you can disconnect my Google account and I try connect again? I simply want a solution.

Hello @Cheng-En ,

Currently, we cannot identify any issues or problems in our logs during the login process to any xentral instance via Google. This login method works correctly for other customers. We have tested it several times and more than 400 customers are using this method successfully. 

I sent you via our ticket system a link to my calendar, please book a slot and we can check together your Google-Account settings. Together, we may identify and resolve the issue.

We could solve the issue by changing some settings on the Google Workspace. 

How to proceed: 

  1. access to admin.google.com and log in with your admin-user
  2. Go to the API Controls - "Manage Third Party App Access"
  3. Search for Xentral and go to Change Access
  4. Change the APP to “Trusted”
