customer last changed date

Is there a way to see when a customer record has been changed? 
Like the “updatedAt” property for products? 
Would be awesome for syncing, so I can always sync the newest information.

the only reference there would be the columns in the address:


useredittimestamp
logfile

 

The only problem with this is that a current timestamp is already set here when you just open the address or open a tab in the address, not when you save something. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no such thing as with the products.
